Insurance and Fees
My fees for individual counseling, marriage, and child counseling as well as hypnotherapy are as follows:
Initial evaluation session (90 minutes): $190
Regular counseling sessions and or hypnotherapy (50 minutes): $130
Group counseling:
Initial evaluation session (90 minutes): $190
Regular group session: $50.00 per session
(Groups will meet for 12 sessions, and all session combined will cost $600.00. Installment payments are available.)
I accept Blue Shield and Victim Witness inusrance plans. If you will be using a health insurance plan other than these, I will be happy to give you a completed statement to give to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to determine whether or not my services are covered by your particular plan. As a courtesy to my clients, I will gladly complete and file your insurance claims. If your deductible has not been met for the year, I ask that you pay for services until your deductible has been met.
The fee structure is for office visits only. I do not offer any form of online or e-mail counseling.
