About Haleh Rambod, MFT
My name is Haleh Rambod, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (MFC 42996) practicing in San Jose, California.
Since 2001, the focus of my clinical career has been providing counseling services to help children, adolescents, individual adults, couples, and parents cope with and overcome personal, emotional, behavioral, educational, cross-cultural, and crisis issues.
Upon receiving my California Credential for Pupil Personnel Services from San Jose State University in 2003, I have also been helping college-aged individuals with their educational and career choices.
In addition to being a certified hypnotherapist, I have also received training in sand play therapy, Jungian psychology, and dream analysis, and have recently completed two trainings in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) provided by Laurel Parnell.
I also provide mental health consultation services to benefit students, families, teachers, and schools in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties by helping them access needed resources when psychological problems, developmental delays, and emotional troubles are detected in preschoolers and public school students.
My eclectic and extensive training has enabled me to successfully guide individuals, couples, parents, and teens in managing and resolving anxiety, anger, depression, stress, and other challenging life issues.
