Insurance & Fees
My fees for individual adult and child counseling, as well as hypnotherapy, are as follows:
- Initial evaluation session (90 minutes): $190
- Regular counseling sessions and or hypnotherapy (50 minutes): $130
My fees for couples counseling are as follows:
- Initial evaluation session (90 minutes): $190
- Regular counseling sessions (50 minutes): $140
My fees for individual group counseling are as follows:
- Initial evaluation session (90 minutes): $190
- Regular group session: $50.00 per session
(Groups meet for 12 sessions and the total for all 12 sessions is $600.00. Installment payments are available upon request.)
I accept Anthem Blue Cross of California, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Magellan Health Services, and Victim Witness insurance plans.
If you plan on using a health insurance provider other than the aforementioned, I will be happy to provide you a completed statement to give to your insurance company for reimbursement.
It is your responsibility to determine whether or not my services are covered by your particular insurance provider and plan.
As a courtesy to clients, I will gladly complete and file your insurance claims. If your deductible has not been met for the year, I ask that you pay for services until your deductible has been met.
The fee structure is for office visits only. I do not offer any form of online or e-mail counseling.
